Terrible management and workplace culture. Scapegoating, and blaming seems to be the way this company trains up its employees. Become incompetent or be miserable. The plant is never honest about what is happening or its direction. There's currently no work and everyone is getting sent home on Mondays and Fridays.

Westrock is an alright place to work. Only cons are Management is always changing. The Lebanon facility has had 3 different general managers in the past few years. I personally have had 4 different department managers and several different leads. The work schedule has also changed allot.
